The past four weeks have been extremely busy and filled with emotion. Our grandson came and spent three nights with us. My aunt who was a grandmother to my girls and an important part of my life passed away. Then we had VBS for a week and I have tried to play catch up this week.
It makes me tired all over again thinking about it, but I did want to share our fun times with Stuart.
Stuart loves water so we spent a lot of time outside in his pool. We used plenty of sunscreen and made sure he had on his swim shirt and floppy hat most of the time.
It doesn't take much to entertain him.
Stuart loves the watering can so we filled it up many times!

Stuart's pawpaw is getting him ready for his first canoe ride.
Stuart went home on Saturday before Memorial Day. We made sure he wore his new patriotic shirt, his red cap and flag.
What a proud American he is! Two of Stuart's great grandfathers served in the military. His maternal great grandfather served during World War II.
