I enjoy having people over and I like trying to set a pretty table. I am not very creative, but I have fun trying.
A couple of weeks ago I had some young women and their daughters over. I love the color green and I thought about St. Patrick's Day so I served potato soup, hot ham sandwiches and cupcakes. We enjoyed ourselves and that is what is important.

I used what I had and could get easily for my tablescape. Green salad plates are on my wish list. |

I put green apples in my bowl and that made a festive piece for part of the table. |

I have a little matching teapot that I used for the fresh flowers. The flowers came from a yard and made for a sweet arrangement. |
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
